Knight of the Order of Cultural Merit of the Ministry of Culture and Francophonie;
Director of Development and Research at the Regional Center for Cultural Action (CRAC) in Lomé, Togo;
Member of French Society of Ethnomusicology;
Member of International Music Council (CIM) at UNESCO.

He was a signatory at the first Charter of Modern Olympic Arts at UNESCO in 1995.
He is a composer and musicologist, Knight of the Order of Cultural Merit of the Ministry of Culture and Francophonie, Inspector at the Ministry of Culture and Francophonie, Director of Development and Research at the Regional Center for Cultural Action (CRAC) in Lomé, Togo, before leading a mission of cooperation for Ivorian teachers at the Higher Institute of Arts of Guinea (ISAG).
He has been involved in the scientific community since 1985 along with his membership at the French Society of Ethnomusicology. In 1989 and 1991, he respectively joined the International Music Council (CIM) at UNESCO, and the International Committee of Popular Arts.
