The speech stated that the theme of this conference is "Environment, Climate, Energy," aiming to use the universal cultural language of art to connect the world and build a shared destiny for human artistic endeavors. It emphasized that the world is currently experiencing unprecedented changes, with the rise of anti-globalization sentiments, technological advancements benefiting humanity, as well as challenges related to energy, climate, environment, and AI replacing human labor. These issues are influencing the development of human society. Art, as a universal cultural language, represents the highest expression of human wisdom and spirit. In times of great changes, its value is immensely precious.

Greece has been invited as the guest country for the conference, and a holy water collection ceremony will be held in Delphi, Greece in July, where teenagers selected from six continents will participate and sprinkle the spring water into the sea, symbolizing the connection of art with the world.
